Guitar legend-inventor
Les Paul died today at the age of 94. To say the least, he was very key to the rise of rock 'n' roll. The Who's Pete Townshend and Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page along with others made Gibson's Les Paul six string their guitar of choice.

On Fresh Air today (Terry Gross interview show on NPR) they played an interview she did with Les Paul about 20 years ago, when he was in his mid-70s. It was great. He talked about how at one point he shattered his elbow in a car accident and was going to lose movement in his elbow anyway, so he had them set it permanently at the angle he needed to hold and play a guitar.
Thanks for the comment.
